Launched in June 2026, Firefly Lacquer is an Omaha, Nebraska-based nail polish brand inspired by the beauty and wonder of nature. As both an amateur nature photographer and indie nail polish lover, maker Kristin Hartner found herself constantly looking at the subjects in her viewfinder thinking “now THAT would make a great polish!”
Firefly Lacquer is her way of capturing what inspires her and sharing it with others. As a passionate advocate for conservation causes, she creates thoughtfully curated collections to spark curiosity, raise awareness, and encourage others to discover the joy and magic in the world around us.
