Dreamland Lacquer offers handcrafted lacquers made with ingredients sourced from around the world, created in our home workshop in Missouri. Dreamland was founded in the summer of 2012 as Smitten Polish, and was born of a deep love of color and a (slight) obsession with nail polish. Our creator, Noelie, was a passionate nail polish collector and blogger, and a lifelong artist, so it was a natural leap into making polish. This is our first PBE and we can’t wait to see everyone in Chicago!
