Jill Rehm, a nail technician since 1996, pioneered the indie nail world by founding Glisten & Glow in 2010. Based in Bristol, CT, Glisten & Glow has earned recognition for its award-winning nail care essentials, including top coats, base coats, cuticle oils, cuticle remover, and handmade polishes.
Jill is known for creating striking crème polish collections and dazzling special-effect shades featuring flakes, shimmers, holographics, and glitters. Her inspiration comes from a wide variety of sources—art, music, photography, nature, TV, movies, travel, and her decades of experience as a nail tech—resulting in truly unique and memorable products.
