Hearts and Promises

Hearts & Promises is a Pennsylvania based indie nail polish brand. The brand originally was known as Turtle Tootsie Polishes in 2015 but wanted a more sophisticated look and rebranded in 2018. It’s been a long time since we’ve done a polish convention and we are so excited to be accepted this year into PBE. Along with polish, we also create unique soaps, lip balms and scrubs which may be coming with us as well.
