Kathleen & Co. is excited to be joining PBE all the way from New Orleans, Louisiana. Mia McNeal is the creative behind Kathleen & Co. and started her brand in 2016. A long time nail tech with a passion for all things nails, she started her brand out of a desire to create her own beautiful and fun nail lacquer.
Inspired by music, art and nature Mia continues to create glowy shimmers and unique finishes and color schemes that follow current nail trends.
