Monarch Lacquer is excited to make their debut at PBE this year! Formerly 1/2 owner of Fair Maiden, Adrienne is no stranger to PBE, but this year will be different! Monarch encourages nail polish enthusiasts to “embrace the beauty of individuality” allowing nail polish to be a form of self expression. In this spirit, each shade we create carries its own unique flair. Warmly anticipating the reuniting with many of you and excited to welcome newcomers this coming summer!
