Opal Theory Polish is inspired by nature, astronomy, & everyday beauty and transforms those color stories into eye-catching nail polishes. Founded in late 2025 by Tedi, a materials engineer who uses all her lab skills and creativity to formulate magnetic, flakie, shimmery, and glow-in-the-dark shades that are vegan, cruelty-free, 10-free, and durable. Based in Durham, NC, Tedi believes polish is for everyone and supports LGBTQ+ and Women in STEM non-profits, among others.
