Rogue Lacquer was brought to life in 2018 by Rachel Wraith with the help of Mr. Rogue, we have been making hand crafted nail lacquer for over 10 years. I find the most joy in making interesting flake combinations and mixing different mediums. My second passion being nail care we offer an array of different base and top coats and cuticle oil, we hope to offer curated sets in the near future. We’re excited to be back at PBE this year and can’t wait to see everyone.
